Rover 216 GTI Challenge cars regulations have now been added to class A of the MG Cup, these superb GTi’ s were Roversport and Rover Dealer built for a one make championship. With many hidden away now is the time to recommission and get this classic GTi’ s back on track. As with the original cars the modifications are limited to offer great close racing but not ruled by a cheque book, which is something that the MG Cup does not want to see.

Mid engined low cost racing in either a MGF 1.8 VVC /MGF 1.8 Trophy and MGTF135 MGTF160 in class A of MG Cup sealed ecus clear regulations on standard engines what more can you ask for? The MG Cup the home of club motorsport for MG and Rover Cars. The cars will run in class A road going class against ZR 160, MG3 1.5 / 160, Rover 216 GTI, Metro Gti, MGB, MG Maestros and others…
